Podcast Episode #2: A. Awareness in The R.A.C.E. Formula

Happy New Year to everyone! What better way to start 2016 than to talk about everyone’s new year resolution which is “CHANGE.”

From the previous podcast, we talked about the “R” of the R.A.C.E. Formula which stands for RELENTLESS. In order for you to truly achieve the change that you want, you have to be relentless.

In this podcast, Craig talks about the keys on how to achieve your goals in life, to be who you want to be, and to do what you’ve always thought are impossible things to change.

Of course, one can’t talk about change without going through a drastic challenge in life and in this episode, Craig imparts his journey to freeing himself of the constrictions of his past work. What he experienced from working in the corporate world challenged him to break out of the toxic it brought to him and he successfully turned his experience into life changing realizations which he continues to share with his family, friends, clients, athletes, etc.

There are three parts to long lasting change:

  1. Being relentless
  2. Connect to inner mind
  3. Deliver the correct antidote with the inner mind
