This podcast is all about the “E” in the R.A.C.E. formula that we have been tackling for the first four podcast. E is for EMOTIONAL MASTERY. Now, emotions play a vital role in our everyday lives. It is how we communicate with other people, but most importantly with ourselves. The more that we know our very own emotions, the better we react to things and handle it accordingly in every situation.

    This is a great podcast.

    The importance of mastering emotions is often understated. Difficult emotions such as anger impair fine motor skills and actually cause the athlete to play below their potential.

    Master you emotions or they will master you!!
