Podcast Episode #1: How To Be Relentless – R in The R.A.C.E. Formula

The R.A.C.E. Formula

This formula stands for Relentless, Awareness, Clear, and Emotional mastery.

In this podcast recording below, Craig goes deep into “R” which is Relentless and how competitors (or anyone) can create this for themselves.  Just by listening to this, you will build Relentless which is much more powerful than any other mental skill or attribute, even Confidence.

My definition of Relentless is a little different than the dictionary or what you’ve come to know the meaning of.

Relentless is how strongly in your ability to make a change in whatever isn’t working for you.

R.A.C.E. is Craig Sigl’s tried and true proven system that gets athletes and competitors to perform to their potential.

The formula begins with this principle:

Performance = Potential – Interference

In plain words, you will perform to your potential when you eliminate your interference.  Nervousness, overthinking, timid play, tightness or tension, and full blown mental blocks are the interference R.A.C.E.  eliminates.

Listen to the podcast below to get you started on the right track. See you there!

    This is so true for many things in life.

    RELENTLESS, you need to have that commitment, that desire and determination to change what isn’t working for you.

    Often you will come across people who say they want to change, want their outcome but really are not committed to making the changes needed to get their outcome.

    Great information in the podcast!!

    Fantastic article and very true sentiment. Being relentless and 100% committed is what breeds results and change. It comes down to the difference between wanting something and liking to have something. Liking for me is hoping and wanting is doing the points in the middle from point A to get you to point B.

    Great post
